Rocco Shawl - Ball 2

I'm really enjoying knitting on my Rocco Shawl.   I bought two balls of the Lion Brand Fishermen's wool, and hoped it would be enough.... Now that I'm done ball one, I am confident that I won't need a third ball.    I've finished 5 of the 7 pattern repeats.  So that means two more repeats, and the long ruffle on the other long side of the shawl... then the ruffle on the two short sides.

With my continued evening knitting, I'm positive that in another week, I will have it done.   Now, I need to find a beautiful shawl pin.   I've been pinning a few on pinterest.   I wonder if they can be bought locally.  If you have seen any, will you let me know.

I'm pretty sure Yarns on York has some - not sure of their selection, but I'm pretty sure I've seen some there before. Perhaps call before heading over incase a trek makes a liar out of me...

Remember the lovely yarn shop here in Bathurst? She has some beautiful shawl pins...some are hand made here, some are from away....I am going to Fredericton on Monday, ...want me to check some out and let you know prices? Most are wood, one piece, but I bought one that has a celtic design, circle, with a wooden pin through it.

I thought that I saw some at "Briggs and Little". I'll be going by next week and I can check it out for you...

What about the "Wool Emporium" in St. Stephen?
